After years putting off getting solar, I have just recently had solar panels installed. Doing lots of research, reviews, not knowing who to trust, I came across Solar Masters. After reading all Viv’s reviews, I sent an email. Within the hour Viv had contacted me and arranged the same week meeting. At this stage, I was shocked how prompt and smoothly this was going.Viv was patient with all our questions, showing us exactly what would worked best for what we wanted out of our solar system. Explaining and guiding us on paper exactly what we would be saving. Our outcome for solar was no bills, which Viv showed us how we could achieve that. We were so excited and couldn’t wait to get them installed.The next week we were booked in for the installation guys to install “AMAZING”! Viv told us they will be here at 7am, 6.59am we had a knock at the door of their arrival. The installation guys were TERRIFIC! By 2pm we got a phone from the Installation guys saying all finished and went through details of the app.I’m so happy we found Solar Masters, Viv was absolutely amazing. After years of putting it off, now so happy we have solar. If you’re anything like me not sure who to trust, contact Viv and just have a chat. Thank you Viv for your amazing service.
